We will provide technical assistance with the administration of your hosting package.
There are three levels of technical support available:
- Basic
- Premium
- Fully Managed
These packages are known as Service Level Agreements.
NB. The Basic SLA comes as standard with every hosting account.
For a standard monthly charge our customers can increase the level of support we provide.
